What E11
actually means.
E11 means the Electrolux front-loader is not taking in water during washing. The washer can lock for up to 6 minutes, and reversed hot and cold hoses are a known installation cause.

Wait out the lock of up to 6 minutes; unplugging restarts it.
Check that the hot supply goes to the hot inlet and the cold supply to the cold inlet, and that both valves are open.
If the washer was just installed or moved, have the installer check the hookup; otherwise book a visit if E11 returns.
