What E21
actually means.
E21 means water is not pumping out fast enough. Electrolux says the most common reason is a kinked drain hose, and a standpipe taller than 8 feet also slows drainage.

The washer tried to empty the tub and the water level did not drop in time. A sock or a coin in the pump filter, a kinked drain hose or a blocked standpipe is ruled out before the pump itself.

Pull the washer out carefully and straighten the drain hose.
Check that the standpipe is not higher than 8 feet and the house drain is not clogged.
If E21 returns with a clear hose, book a visit.
