What IE
actually means.
IE means the tub did not reach the water level it expected within the time allowed. A closed faucet, a bent or frozen inlet hose, or a clogged inlet screen are the causes LG lists before the inlet valve itself.

Make sure both supply faucets are fully open and the hoses are attached at both ends.
Straighten any bend in the inlet hoses; the machine can shift during spins and fold them against the wall.
Turn the faucets off, remove the hoses at the washer and rinse the small screen filters inside the inlets.
Book a visit if the tub still fills slowly with good pressure at the faucet.
