Scroll to the control lock option and press Select to unlock.
Check that the lock icon is gone from the display.
Start your cycle; book a visit if the panel still will not respond.
Cleared?
No part had to be replaced. If a later load stops with water left in the drum or the cycle halts again, treat it as a new problem.
