There is no page for my town. Is it outside your area?
Not necessarily. A place gets a page when there is enough local detail to say something useful, and the area served reaches between and past those places. Type your address into the form and you will know whether it is covered before anything is arranged.
Will I pay more because I live farther out?
Ask at booking. If distance affects the visit, you are told before the appointment is set, not surprised by it on the invoice.
Why do the location pages mention water and buildings?
Because both change how a washer wears. Hard water scales valves and heaters, an upstairs laundry turns a small leak into a ceiling stain below, and an older drain line can struggle with a modern pump. Each page says which of these applies there.
Can I book a repair for a property I do not live in?
Yes — a rental, a second home or a relative's house. Enter the property address in the form, say who will let the technician in, and add gate or parking notes to the description.
