OE on the Signature washer means the water is not leaving the drum. The manual blames a drain hose that is kinked, pinched or clogged, or one that ends too high above the washer.

Can I clear OE myself?
Check the drain hose along its whole run for kinks and pinches behind the machine. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
How high can the drain hose go before an LG Signature washer shows OE?
The manual allows up to 96 inches above the bottom of the washer. Anything higher can bring up OE even with a working pump.
Is OE on my LG Signature a pump problem?
Not until the hose and the pump filter are ruled out. If both are clear and OE keeps coming back, the pump is tested on a visit.
