F11 means the drain is restricted: the hose end is too high, the hose is kinked, or the drain filters and pump are blocked.

What to do when F11 shows on the washerKind of codeDrain
The washer tried to empty the tub and the water level did not drop in time. A sock or a coin in the pump filter, a kinked drain hose or a blocked standpipe is ruled out before the pump itself.

Each step comes from Miele's own guidance for F11 on its washers. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.
Keep the end of the drain hose no higher than 3 feet 3 inches (1 meter).
Straighten any kinks in the drain hose.
Switch the washer off, place a tray under the drain pump access panel and slowly unscrew the drain filters to let the water out.
Clean the filters, check the pump impellers turn freely, then refit each filter on its correct side and screw it tight.

F11 is not a pump that has definitely failed; blocked filters and hose problems come first.
