actually means.
LoC, or LC on some models, shows when someone presses buttons while Control Lock is active. It is a reminder that the panel was locked, not a problem with the washer.

Touch and hold the Control Lock button for about 3 seconds; the display counts down and the lock turns off.
Start your cycle as usual.
If the panel still ignores every key with the lock off, book a visit.
Cleared?
No part had to be replaced. If a later load stops with water left in the drum or the cycle halts again, treat it as a new problem.

LoC does not mean the control board has frozen. Start/Pause and Power still work while the lock is on.
