This form is the whole booking. It takes no card, and you owe nothing until a technician has looked at the washer and told you what it needs. ## What the form asks, and why. What you enter here goes to the technician ahead of the visit, so the right pump, valve or switch is more likely to be on board. None of it commits you: the price comes after the diagnosis. That decides who comes and which parts travel with them. ### Step two An arrival window Pick a date and a slot. Nobody asks you to stay home for the whole day. ### Step three How to reach the washer The address and a phone number. Say whether it is in a basement, a hall closet or an upstairs laundry, and add any gate or door code. ## After you book, the visit. The three steps above are the booking. If replacing the washer makes more sense, you hear that too. 03 ### Parts on the van Pumps, lid switches and common valves are carried on the van. Keep it off if it leaks, smells hot or trips the breaker. ### Note any code If a code appears, write down every character in order. The same code can mean something else on a different make. ### Clear the way Take the laundry out, bail or towel off standing water if you can, and clear the floor in front. No. Nothing on the form asks for a card, and no deposit is taken. The repair and its cost are explained once the diagnosis is done, and nothing is started until you say yes. ### Where would the model number be? Most often on a sticker around the door opening of a front-loader or under the lid of a top-loader. If it is out of reach, book anyway: the technician reads it on the day. ### Can I phone instead of using the form? Of course. The phone number and opening hours are at the top of each page. A message sent through the form lands with that same team even when every line is busy. ### What if the washer is not worth fixing? You are told at the diagnosis, with the reason, before any repair is quoted.
