Check that nothing is caught in the door or lid and close it firmly. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Why does my Samsung washer show dE when no cycle is running? Samsung explains that with Child Lock on and water in the tub, the door code can appear anyway. Close the door or turn off Child Lock within 30 seconds, or the washer drains itself. ### My Samsung FlexWash shows 1dC4. Is the lock broken?
