Make sure both supply faucets are fully open and the hoses are attached at both ends. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Can a cold snap cause IE on an LG washer? Yes. LG notes that in winter the pipe or supply hose may be frozen, which stops water reaching the tub. Thaw the faucet and hose before assuming a part has failed. ### When does IE on an LG washer point to the inlet valve? Only after the faucets, the hoses and the inlet screens have been ruled out.
