Check the drain hose for a kink or restriction and the house drain for a clog. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Does OE on my Kenmore mean the pump is dead? Not always. The chart puts a clog or a kinked hose first and the pump wiring before the pump. The pump is replaced only if it does not run when switched on. ### Can I run another load while my Kenmore shows OE?
